Says who? The low was $4.92?
Depending on the definition you use, a penny stock is anything that trades for under $5.00 per share.
To be fair though, there are other definitions besides that one.
I thought it was a stock you wouldn’t buy for a penny.

Want to see what’s Trending just for the genre Rock? Mouse over the blue /OVERALL near the top of the exfm window and a drop down appears. Click on Rock and voila – trending just for Rock. Same thing applies...
WatchTypical video shot by me of my son (red helmet) scoring a goal. I get too excited and forget to keep the camera trained on him. Missed the top-shelf backhand complete with 180 degree turn in the air on this one (not to mention the slamming into the goal post). Eventually I’ll remember to keep the camera on him or just buy a tripod.
